The Graduate School of Education (GSE) organises and coordinates offers within the framework of four programme lines to qualify, advise and network doctoral students in multidisciplinary areas of educational research: Methods Workshops, Advice and Feedback, Scientific Community and Bottom-Up Initiatives. As a doctoral GSE member, please use the here linked here to document your participation in the programme lines and submit it to the GSE office(gse-ifb[at]uni-wuppertal.de).
Access to the online course: "Gute Wissenschaftliche Praxis in der Promotion" (in co-operation with GRADE, Goethe University Frankfurt/M.) can be found here. The licence key required for registration can be obtained from the GSE office(gse-ifb[at]uni-wuppertal.de).
Programme line A is dedicated to imparting knowledge of research methods and promoting good scientific practice. The aim is to provide you with the necessary methodological tools and to train you in the standards of scientific integrity.

Programme line B focuses on advisory support for doctoral students in the various phases of their individual research projects. This includes methodological advice as well as support in the planning and realisation of research.

Programme line C aims to integrate doctoral students into their respective scientific community and to provide them with interdisciplinary insights into current research topics and approaches in educational research that go beyond their own research focus.

Programme line D brings together and supports initiatives for mutual exchange and networking that are initiated by the doctoral researchers themselves. There are currently four formats to which all doctoral students and postdocs are cordially invited to network within the GSE.
